Your order has been confirmed and we are preparing it for shipment. This typically takes 1 to 3 business days before it is handed to the carrier and tracking updates begin.
You can track your order in real time on our Track Your Order page. You will also receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
If your order is taking longer than expected, please check the tracking page first. If there has been no update for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate immediately.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement at no extra cost.
Make sure the band fits snugly on your wrist and that the alarm is set correctly on the device. If the vibration feels too weak, try adjusting the fit so the band sits closer to your skin. If it still does not work as expected, contact us and we will make it right.
